Saul Brown
CONSULTANT, COACH AND EDUCATOR
Saul Brown is an organisational consultant, coach and educator in private practice and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management. He has 20 years of experience working with leaders, teams and organisations across a broad range of industries and sectors at the intersection of strategy, organisation and leadership.
Saul’s research on coaching, leadership and innovation has been published and cited internationally and he continues to stay at the cutting edge of research, practice and teaching across these domains. His executive education programs at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) have been recognised for excellence in design, delivery and client impact. He was recognised in 2022 with the Marcus Cohen adjunct faculty of the year award at UNSW Business School. Saul developed and works with a model of GROUP coaching that was recently referenced in Google CEO Eric Shmidt’s book, The Trillion Dollar Coach, that describes the coaching work conducted with executive teams at Google and Apple by Silicon Valley Coach Bill Campbell, using the GROUP approach.
Saul previously held executive and management positions with leading Australian and multi-national corporations in financial services, ICT, and professional services. He has been part of a successful ICT start-up and has held executive and board positions in the not-for-profit sector, including almost forty years leadership in the volunteer surf lifesaving movement. Saul is a father of three teenage boys and an enthusiast of anything to do with the ocean.
